Stage Fast delivers AI-powered virtual staging, adding digital furniture and décor to client-supplied photos of empty or unfurnished rooms. This facilitates better property presentation for marketing purposes.

• Clients select a style code from the catalogue.

• All staging is performed within the selected style package.

• Special requests (e.g. "no rugs") are accommodated where feasible, but custom staging is not included.

• Only the number of images paid for by the client will be staged.

• Standard orders are delivered within 2–24 hours, and Express orders within 6 hours, during business hours.

• Our working hours are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

• Orders placed over weekends or outside working hours will be processed and delivered on the next working day.

• We do not offer revisions or re-staging, except in cases of processing error (e.g. incorrect style code applied). Any such issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

• Clients receive a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the delivered images for property marketing purposes only—e.g. online listing portals, brochures, adverts.

• Resale or sub-licensing is not permitted.

• Prices are quoted exclusive of VAT, which will be added automatically and displayed during checkout.

• VAT invoices are sent via Stripe following payment.

• Payments are processed via Stripe at time of submission.

• No refunds will be issued, except in cases of processing errors where reasonable corrections fail.

• All sales are final and non-transferable.

• Clients must ensure they have the right to use submitted images and confirm this via the order form.

• All uploaded images must be high resolution JPG/PNG, with minimal obstructions or low-light distortions.

• Stage Fast delivers content "as is". While every effort is made to achieve quality staging, results may vary based on image quality and style input.

• Stage Fast disclaims all liability for indirect or consequential damages, including lost viewings, delayed sales, or technical issues beyond its control.

Clients are encouraged to pair staged images with original un-staged photos or disclose staging in listings to prevent misrepresentation.

• Personal data is processed under Property CGI Ltd’s privacy policy, which covers Stage Fast operations.

• Clients have the right to access, rectify, or delete their data under GDPR.

By submitting images to Stage Fast, you grant us permission to use the original and staged versions of those images for marketing, promotional, and portfolio purposes. This includes but is not limited to usage on our website, social media, and other promotional materials.

We will never disclose personal details, property addresses, or identifiable information without prior consent. If you prefer your images not be used for promotional purposes, you may request this in writing at the time of submission.

Property CGI Ltd may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of any changes.
