How do I claim my free image?

When you download the style catalogue you will also receive a discount code. Simply place your first order , add your discount code and your free image will be automatically included (1 staged image per new customer).

Can I make special styling requests?

We don’t offer custom styling beyond the selected furniture package.
You’ll choose a style code from our catalogue, and we’ll stage your images based on that selection. However, if there’s something you'd prefer to leave out (e.g. no rugs or artwork), you can mention it in your order notes and we’ll do our best to accommodate — but please note this is a basic, fast-turnaround service and detailed customisation is not included.

Do you offer refunds or revisions?

Stage Fast is a streamlined, budget-friendly service, designed to deliver quality virtual staging quickly — not a fully bespoke design process.

We do not offer revisions or restaging, except in cases of technical errors (e.g. wrong style applied, image not processed correctly). If there’s an issue of that nature, let us know within 24 hours and we’ll review it.
